The Gym

Before my fall I had planned to spend this Saturday running through the woods in Bragg Creek. I had a 50km route mapped out and I was really looking forward to cruising along the trail with a few trail running friends. 

I could have spent today moping about the missed long run, but instead I went to gym and worked on strengthening my upper body. It felt great to get in a little bit of a sweat. Lifting weights helps to keep me in a good mental state. I am thankful that I have this alternate outlet to expend some of my restless energy.
 

Time to get to work on those pipes!
