I’ve made several attempts at blogs over the last few years. None of them have stuck, but instead of blaming it on myself I’m blaming it on a lack of technology. It’s just too inconvenient for me to log onto a computer and put together a blog. This excuse doesn’t hold water any longer because I just bought an iPad off my friend Katherine. I am now able to write a blog literally anywhere!
So, what is my goal for this blog?
1. I want to share my adventures with the world. I love my life and I want to share that love with everyone else.
2. I also want to start coaching other athletes and those who want to become athletes, but just don’t know where to start. Through this blog I will share my knowledge with others and hopefully help them achieve their goals. I have all the exercise physiology knowledge to be a great coach – but I am still working on building my own personal experience. This is an ongoing endeavour.
3. I would love to get sponsored. Those who run with me know that I go through shoes at an alarming rate. In order to get sponsored I need to be visible in the public eye. I also need to have some great results at races – I’m working on that 🙂
